A new datamine leak revealed the character roster of MultiVersus is possibly going to get a lot bigger and better!
The idea of MultiVersus has definitely been around for a while, not only in gamers’ minds but also in the industry.
Titles like Smash Bros. have paved the way to making these titles in which many franchises collide a possibility. However, bringing all these characters from so many different worlds is always a challenge.
Aside from Nintendo, few have successfully crafted a roster of characters that resonate enough with fans. At least not to make it memorable enough to ensure a consistent player base.
However, the MultiVersus character roster certainly has a good shot at achieving this milest1. The characters revealed thus far are pretty popular and are certain landmarks in modern pop culture.
Now, according to a recent leak, things are about to get even more interesting with MultiVersus’ roster!
Leak Reveals Possible Upcoming MultiVersus Characters – Rick and Morty, Godzilla & More
A datamine leak shared by Redditor White_Mantra revealed that the character roster of MultiVersus could be getting a lot bigger for launch.
According to this leak, MultiVersus could add the following characters to the game:
- Lebron James
- Gizmo – Gremlins
- Raven – Teen Titans
- Marvin the Martian
- Rick Sanchez – Rick and Morty
As per this datamine, these characters have already received voice acting, except for Rick Sanchez.
If this information is correct, it is very likely these characters could be in the game’s final build.

Previous datamine leaks have suggested the following characters could come to MultiVersus:
- Craig – Craig of the Creek
- Morty – Rick and Morty
- Joker – Batman
- Poison Ivy – Batman
- Black Adam
- Static -Static Shock
- Gandalf – The Lord of the Rings
- Legolas – The Lord of the Rings
- Daenerys – Game of Thrones
- The Hound – Game of Thrones
- Wicked Witch of the West – The Wizard of Oz

However, none of the characters above are confirmed to have voice acting, and none of them are present in the latest alpha build.
This could be to avoid any additional possible leaks, or the developer could have entirely scrapped them from the game.
